More Ritualist Help
I have posted questions related to this many, many times. You see, though I know the ritualist doesn't have to stick with just one build, I do like to have a fall-back build so-to-speak. I have tried everything; channeling, spiritspamming, and restoration. I need help!
I am thinking about going RT/W and using an axe...but would that work out for AB and PvE?
Also, what is your build and what do you usually/like to play; Channeling, Communing, or Restoration?
Thanks so much to everyone who takes the time to answer

Alright then.
I wouldn't recommend using a warrior secondary, but you ARE able to get your AL close to a warrior with a +armor weapon, a shield, and Ghost Forge armor. If you do want to be a melee char, then go with /P /A or /R with Spirit's Strength (of course), and IAS (Weapon of Aggression ftw). A few attacks and some utility and you're good to go!
I listed some generic builds on another thread. Here's the link.

/W isn't as horrible as you might think. Between ghost forge insignias, great dwarf armor, and a shield, you're running around with 107 AL, which is safe enough, as long as there isn't heavy enchantment stripping (in which case spirit's strength is a bad plan anyway).
I vanquished a couple zones running cyclone axe/whirlwind attack with /W. Not great, but it was fun.

I second this.
Indeed, when vanquishing with Sabway, Spirit's Strength allows you to run a 'fun' build and still be reasonably effective. Barbs is sexy.

Well then call me barbs.
No, but, seriously, I prefer to be ranged anytime I use Spirit's Strength. (ie paragon or ranger) You still have great damage output, and you don't have to be a scared little squishy in the front lines.
But hey, different strokes for different folks, eh?

Just about anything will work in PvE. And AB isn't that much above RA in terms of build requirement.
The build I run is a little odd, but it has worked for survivor so far. I don't think you will be able to play it as well in AB because I've never taken it into PvP.
The one I used to use was
Mend Body and Soul
Ghostmirror Light
Vengful Weapon
Weapon of Warding
Painful Bond
Pain
Bloodsong
Some form of res
However I haven't played her much since the WoH change which made me rethink things.

I find its better to be a hybrid (a Rit's Strength) then to go all out channeling, healing, spirits etc. You are able to adapt to the situation more easily. Horseradish posted it above...that link has some good hybrid builds. You'll do a little healing, do some nuking...you can even bring a spirit or two along. Warriors will love you for SS and Monks will love your healing powers as well. GL buddy.
